The Ami is a set of three toys for enjoyable PC muscle exercise
The Je Joue Ami, along with having a name that feels good rolling off your tongue, is actually a set of three toys. Altogether, they make a graduated set of Kegel exercisers for strengthening your PC muscles. By exercising these muscles, you can improve sexual pleasure, treat incontinence, generally strengthen your vaginal muscles, and have stronger, easier orgasms. And the Ami set of toys are perfect for toning your PC muscles with a workout that feels right for you.
The Ami toys are all made from high-quality silicone, with silicone-coated strings. The interiors are made from plastic, and, like many Kegel exercisers, have small balls inside that move and sway with motion. Each ofthe three toys is heavier and narrower than the last, to allow for increasing levels of resistance as your PC strength improves. And, like other Kegel exercisers, the Ami toys can be inserted and held inside as one goes about day-to-day activities to give a little bit of sensual stimulation as the balls inside shift and move.
